Los dispositivos llegan a SmartThings mediante una integración de nube a nube, mediante Matter o como dispositivos Zigbee emparejados con un hub SmartThings.
Los dispositivos Matter y Zigbee necesitan un hub SmartThings. Algunos televisores y electrodomésticos Samsung pueden hacer de hub.
