Aqara Door and Window Sensor P2 (US): what it works with

Aqara · model Door and Window Sensor P2 (US) · For the US and Canada

Other regions: Aqara Door and Window Sensor P2 (EU) (Europe)

The US version of the Door and Window Sensor P2 connects over Matter on Thread, so Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings and Home Assistant all work with it, no Aqara hub needed. It reports open or closed and runs on one CR123A battery. A Matter-compatible Thread border router is required, and the tamper alarm and sensitivity settings need Aqara's Hub M3.
